Delete Your Akiluma Account

Option 1: Delete directly in the app (recommended)

1. Open the Akiluma app and log in.
2. Go to Settings → Privacy & Data.
3. Select “Delete Account” and follow the on-screen confirmation.

This uses our secure, HIPAA-compliant deletion API to permanently remove your account and all associated data.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion via email. Please include the following in your message:

• The email address used for your Akiluma account
• A short note: “Request to delete my account”
• Optional: Reason for deletion (helps us improve)

What will be deleted?

• Your profile and account credentials
• All chat conversations and transcripts
• All journal entries and summaries
• Push notification tokens
